The General Virtual Assistant provides support for basic accounting data entry and general administrative/executive functions. The role focuses on execution and operational support. Statutory compliance, BIR filings, and financial statement finalization are handled by an external accounting firm.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals seeking exposure to accounting operations, administrative support, recruitment assistance, and basic social media execution.


Key Responsibilities

A. Accounting & Finance Support (Primary)
  • Encode accounting entries including expenses, income, and journals
  • Categorize transactions based on provided guidelines
  • Upload, organize, and maintain receipts, invoices, and supporting documents
  • Prepare transaction files for review by the external accounting firm
  • Coordinate with the accounting firm regarding missing or unclear documentation
  • Maintain organized digital financial records
  • Note: No BIR filing, tax computation, or financial statement preparation required
B. Executive Assistant / Administrative Support
  • Assist with email monitoring and follow-ups
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Prepare basic reports, trackers, and documentation
  • Provide general administrative and operational support
  • Perform data entry and task follow-ups as assigned
C. Recruitment Support
  • Post job advertisements on designated platforms
  • Screen resumes based on provided criteria
